popo.estimation.observability(net, lv_bus, metered, line_sensors=0)

Count the equations a measurement set gives the estimator against those it needs.

The substation contributes three (voltage at lv_bus and the active and reactive power through its transformer), each metered customer two, each line sensor two, and each bus known to inject nothing two: those from zero_injection_buses() and lv_bus itself, whose flow is metered on the transformer rather than as an injection.

Parameters:

• net (Any) – A pandapower network.

• lv_bus (int) – Index of the substation low-voltage busbar.

• metered (int) – Number of customers whose meters are read.

• line_sensors (int) – Number of lines carrying a power-flow sensor.
