Outcome of comparing coherent and incoherent substation measurements.

Variables:

• records – One row per time step and measurement-set label (truth, coherent, incoherent). A row carries converged=False and no error columns when the estimator did not converge for that label, which is itself part of the answer rather than a failure to discard.

• non_converged – Number of (step, label) estimation attempts that did not converge.

• total_estimations – Estimation attempts made, three per time step for which the underlying power flow itself solved.

property converged_fraction: float

Share of estimation attempts that converged.

summary()

Mean and median error per label, over the attempts that converged.

Return type:

DataFrame

Returns:

A frame indexed by label with the mean and median of rmse_vm_pu and max_abs_err_pu. Empty if nothing converged.
