Install a voltage-dependent active-power curtailment on every inverter.
Volt-Watt and Volt-VAr are both inverter controls, and OpenDSS assigns each inverter to one control. Installing both as separate controls on the same inverters does not combine them, so
attach_generation()accepts one or the other.- Parameters:
