Define a load shape from a series of multipliers.

Parameters:

dss (Any) – An opendssdirect module with a compiled circuit.
name (str) – Shape name, referenced by the element that uses it.
values (ArrayLike) – Multipliers, one per interval. A sequence or array of floats.
interval_hours (float) – Interval length in hours.
