Everything a penetration sweep produced, convergence included.

A sweep solves many scenarios, and a convergence failure in one of them should not silently vanish into the concatenated record the way the original runners’ printed divergence counts did.

Variables:

• records – One row per step and scenario, long-form across every (ev_pen, pv_pen) point swept.

• diverged_steps – Steps that did not converge, summed across every scenario.

• total_steps – Steps attempted, summed across every scenario.

• notes – Any per-scenario message worth surfacing, such as a scenario that installed fewer customers than requested.

True when every scenario’s every step converged.
