Enumerate the low-voltage residential loads on a live circuit.

A North American feeder mixes residential secondaries with higher-voltage commercial and three-phase loads on the same model, so a DER scenario that draws customers must first separate the two: fitting a single-phase rooftop array or charger to a three-phase commercial load is not a realistic installation.

Parameters:

• dss (Any) – An opendssdirect module with a compiled circuit.

• secondary_kv (float) – Loads below this base voltage are kept; the default separates a sub-300 V residential service from anything upstream of it.

Return type:

list[tuple[str, str]]

Returns:

(load name, bus) pairs, one per residential load, in circuit order.
