Read the active, solved OpenDSS circuit into a NetworkTopology.

Parameters:

dss (Any) – The opendssdirect module (or anything with its interface). Defaults to importing opendssdirect.

Return type:

NetworkTopology

Returns:

The circuit’s lines, transformers, load and PV buses, and per-bus mean voltages in per unit.
