PVWatts AC output per kW of installed DC capacity, from measured weather.

Parameters:

• weather_path (Path) – Parquet file with timestamp, Ghi (W/m^2) and Temperature (degC) columns.

• index (DatetimeIndex) – Target calendar; the weather record is reindexed and interpolated onto it.

Return type:

Series

Returns:

AC output, in per-unit of DC nameplate, one value per interval of index.

Raises:

RuntimeError – If more than 2% of the target calendar falls outside the weather record’s coverage.
