Read charging-session statistics from a Norwegian-dataset-format csv.

Parameters:

csv_path (Path) – Semicolon-delimited csv with plugin_time and energy_session columns (comma decimals).

Return type:

EVStats

Returns:

Plug-in hour and delivered energy for every session with a valid timestamp and an energy in (0.5, 100) kWh.
